Our palliative care packs are made with care, respect, and deep thought, created to support families and loved ones during some of life’s most sacred and challenging moments. Each pack holds items and resources designed to offer comfort, guidance, and a sense of connection, helping families feel seen, supported, and honoured and make a positive impact on the world.
Each item in our palliative care packs is chosen with respect, care, and cultural understanding. These are not just practical items, they are meant to wrap people in warmth, dignity, and love during a time that is deeply personal and sacred.
The hooded blanket offers comfort and warmth, like being held when words are no longer needed. It provides a sense of safety and rest, supporting the body while honouring the spirit. The shawl is included as a gentle layer of care — something to sit with, to hold close, or to place around shoulders, bringing reassurance and connection for both the person receiving care and their loved ones.
A beanie is provided to help keep warmth in, especially when the body becomes fragile. It is a small but meaningful way of showing care and protection. .The toiletry bag is intentionally left empty, so families and healthcare workers can fill it with the items most needed for their loved one. This allows for personal, practical, and culturally respectful care, supporting dignity, familiarity, and connection in a way that feels right for each person.
Together, these items reflect our cultural values of looking after one another, walking alongside families, and honouring life right through to the end. Each pack is given with the understanding that this journey is never rushed, never taken alone, and always deserving of deep respect.
We work closely with families and healthcare partners to ensure each pack meets real needs, combining practical support with gentle touches that bring reassurance, calm, and care.
